Appointment requests

The appointment request flow helps you choose a service, share preferred timing and review a message. It does not check live availability, reserve a slot or take payment. An appointment is confirmed directly with Becky or through the linked live studio diary.

Your draft remains in the current page’s memory until you choose a send action. Reloading or closing the page clears it. Ask on WhatsApp opens your prepared message in WhatsApp for you to review and send. The website does not reserve an appointment or take payment.

Your enquiry and hair planner

The forms offer Send enquiry and Ask on WhatsApp. Choosing Send enquiry sends your name, reply email and the enquiry details you provide through our Cloudflare-hosted endpoint and Resend email delivery service. The email is delivered to Becky at beckypowell1989@gmail.com and Graeme at graeme@hypertraildigital.co.uk, who supports the website and enquiry administration. Your email address is used as the reply-to address. No email-app draft is opened. The website does not keep a separate enquiry database; your enquiry is retained in the recipients’ email systems and may appear in Resend delivery records. If delivery fails, the form says nothing has been sent and keeps your details available to retry. Copying an enquiry places it on your device’s clipboard at your request.

If you use WhatsApp, Instagram, email or the live booking service, the information you choose to share is handled by that service and by the business receiving it. Ask Becky directly about how the business stores, uses or deletes information from real enquiries and appointments.

Cookies and external services

This website has no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, social feed embeds or cookie-based preferences. Fonts and portfolio images are served as website assets. It uses the browser’s temporary page memory for interactive steps. Cloudflare handles technical request information, including your IP address, to host the site and limit repeated form submissions. Resend processes the enquiry content and recipient details to deliver email. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy.

The homepage includes a map supplied by OpenStreetMap, which loads as you approach that section. Your browser connects to OpenStreetMap to display it, sharing technical request information such as your IP address. See OpenStreetMap’s privacy policy. Social links, the larger map and the live Acuity booking diary open external services with their own privacy terms. No social feed is embedded.

Photographs and public business content

Portfolio photographs, contact details and appointment menu information are drawn from the business’s public pages. The gallery identifies an available third-party photography credit. To ask about a photograph or request a correction, contact Becky using the email above.

For questions about a real enquiry, appointment or personal information held by the business, contact Becky directly. For details you type into these forms, reloading or closing the page clears the website’s in-memory form state.
